# See how you compare

> Compare your occupancy, average booking price, cancellation rate and repeat-player rate with anonymised clubs that play the same sport.

Is 62% occupancy good? It depends on who you're compared with. CourtPulse places your club against anonymised venues with the same main sport — by quartile, never by name.

## Benefits

- **Four metrics that matter** — Occupancy, average booking price, cancellation rate and the share of players who come back.
- **Like-for-like peers** — Compared with venues whose main sport matches yours, and in the same region when there are enough of them.
- **Quartiles, not rankings** — See where you sit against the 25th, 50th and 75th percentile of the group — enough to know if you're ahead or behind.
- **Anonymous by design** — No venue is ever named, and your own clubs are never in your peer group.

## Details

### Minimum group size

A metric is only shown when at least five other venues contribute to it, so no single club's numbers can be worked out. Until then, the panel says so rather than showing a weak comparison.

### What's included

The last 90 days of each venue's bookings. Venues need at least 30 bookings in that window to count, and prices are only compared within the same currency.

### Refreshed regularly

Peer figures are recomputed every few hours, so the comparison moves with the season.
