# Spot regulars before they're gone

> A list of players who used to book like clockwork and have now been away for more than twice their usual gap — with their history and lifetime spend.

Churn rarely announces itself. A player who booked every week simply stops. CourtPulse learns each regular's normal rhythm and flags them once they've been away for twice as long as usual — early enough for a message to land.

## Details

### Who counts as a regular

Players with at least four visits in the four months before their last booking, who usually come back within a month. Guests are excluded because they aren't stable identities.

### When someone is flagged

When they've been away more than twice their usual gap — at least two weeks and at most six months — and have no future booking already in Playtomic.

### Privacy by default

Spend is split evenly across the players on each booking. Contact details only appear for players who opted in to marketing.
