**How is occupancy calculated?**

Booked court-hours ÷ available court-hours in the period, in the venue time zone. Canceled bookings do not count as occupied.

**Can I see occupancy per court, not just the club?**

Yes. Heatmaps and hourly charts filter by court, sport and date range, so court 3 at 11:00 is not mixed with court 1 at 20:00.

**Does this work if we have two clubs in different cities?**

Each venue keeps its own IANA time zone. Evening peak in Madrid does not land on the wrong day for a Lisbon club.

**Will CourtPulse change prices in Playtomic for me?**

No. It is read-only. You decide the off-peak price in Playtomic Manager; CourtPulse shows you where the hole is.
