- Playtomic data: Venue, booking, player, and revenue data synced via your Playtomic credentials (stored securely and used only to provide analytics)
- Payment data: Billing handled by Stripe; we do not store full payment card details
- Usage data: Logs, analytics, and how you interact with our dashboard

We use your information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve our analytics service
- Process subscriptions and send billing-related communications
- Send alerts, reports, and notifications you configure
