1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using CourtPulse ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CourtPulse provides venue analytics and insights for Playtomic sports venues. The Service includes data syncing, dashboards, reports, alerts, and related features. You must have a valid Playtomic account and appropriate venue access to use the Service.

3. Account and Registration

You must provide accurate, complete registration information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use the Service.

4. Subscription and Payment

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method according to your selected plan. Free trials may be offered; you will be charged when the trial ends unless you cancel. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are handled per our refund policy and applicable law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or third-party rights
• Share your Playtomic credentials or allow unauthorized access
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or compromise the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

6. Data and Playtomic

By connecting your Playtomic account, you authorize us to access and sync venue data for analytics purposes. You agree to comply with Playtomic's terms of service. We store and process Playtomic data only to provide the Service. You retain ownership of your data; we retain a license to use it for operating the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

CourtPulse, its software, design, and content are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes during your subscription.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS, ACCURACY OF DATA, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS. DATA SYNC DEPENDS ON PLAYTOMIC'S API; WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PLAYTOMIC OUTAGES OR CHANGES.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. We may retain data as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.

12. General

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and CourtPulse. If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right does not waive it. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate.
