Feature

Know which slots to discount

Most clubs price off-peak hours by gut feel. CourtPulse looks at the last twelve weeks of bookings, finds the weekday-and-hour blocks that sit empty or sell out, and tells you where a discount or a price rise is worth testing.

Key benefits

What you get day one in the product.

  • Quiet blocks, named

"Tuesday 14–17h ran at 18% occupancy" — grouped into blocks you can actually put on a price list, not a grid of single hours.

  • Price rises where demand allows

Blocks that are 85% full or more get a suggested increase, with how many bookings you could lose before revenue drops.

  • Impact as a range

Each suggestion shows a weekly revenue range and the simple assumption behind it, so you can judge it yourself. No false precision.

  • Next two weeks forecast

An expected-occupancy view for the next 14 days flags days that look quiet, while there's still time to run a promotion.

How it works

What you will recognise inside CourtPulse.

How the suggestions are made

Occupancy is booked court-minutes divided by courts × opening hours, per weekday and hour, over the last twelve weeks. Opening hours are inferred from when you actually take bookings. Suggestions need at least four weeks and 40 bookings of history.

Discounts sized to the gap

Blocks under 30% occupancy get a suggested 10–20% discount, or 20–30% when they're under 15%. The impact scenario assumes occupancy recovers halfway to your venue average, and shows the extra bookings you'd need to break even.

Forecasting quiet days

Each upcoming weekday-hour is expected to match its eight-week average, or what's already booked if that's higher. Days expected to fall below 80% of normal are flagged.
