Fill the hours
that sit empty.

Peak is easy. The leak is Tuesday 11:00. CourtPulse maps occupancy by hour, weekday and court — in your club's time zone — so you can discount the hole or stop staffing it.

The cost of guessing

Empty courts still cost lights and staff.

Playtomic Manager shows today's grid. It does not tell you that midweek midday has been 18% occupied for three months — or that Saturday morning is the slot you should never discount.

  • Occupancy ÷ available hours, not 'days with a booking'
  • Per-court heatmaps, not a club average
  • Venue time zone — 20:00 is local evening

Plays

Three ways to use the holes.

  1. 01

    Price the Tuesday hole

    If 11:00–14:00 sits under 25% for a month, that is a member-hour or off-peak rate — not a hope that walk-ins appear.

  2. 02

    Stop staffing a ghost shift

Occupancy by weekday tells you whether the early receptionist is covering booked courts or an empty hall.

  3. 03

Decide if you need another court

If peak is 96% and off-peak is 14%, you have a pricing problem first. Build the fifth court after the heatmap says peak is truly full.
