Playtomic Manager shows today's grid. It does not tell you that midweek midday has been 18% occupied for three months — or that Saturday morning is the slot you should never discount.

Tue–Thu 10:00–12:00 is the promotion window. Fri 20:00 is not.
Plays
If 11:00–14:00 sits under 25% for a month, that is a member-hour or off-peak rate — not a hope that walk-ins appear.
Occupancy by weekday tells you whether the early receptionist is covering booked courts or an empty hall.
If peak is 96% and off-peak is 14%, you have a pricing problem first. Build the fifth court after the heatmap says peak is truly full.
